The regulations in force in all museums require appropriate conduct. Visitors must maintain order and avoid causing danger or discomfort, disrupting the normal course of activities, or damaging museum facilities. Touching exhibited works, littering, eating or drinking, smoking, raising one’s voice, running, or bothering other visitors is strictly prohibited. Visitors may not enter the Museum with pets, with the exception of guide dogs.
CHILDREN
Children must be accompanied by an adult who takes responsibility for their conduct.
ACCESS
Visitors may not enter the Museum with bags, parcels, suitcases, or backpacks larger than 30 x 30 cm, firearms, bladed weapons, umbrellas or other pointed objects, or with sprays or liquid products. If a prohibited item is detected, appropriate notice will be given.
Access will be denied to individuals wearing hats, face coverings, or makeup that prevents identification, as well as persons dressed in costumes and/or bed blankets. Entering barefoot, undressed, or bare-chested is also prohibited.
Personal mobility devices (skateboards, electric skateboards, roller skates, Segways, etc.) are not permitted, except for individuals with a sensory or physical disability who require them for personal mobility.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Flashless photography is permitted in the museum rooms. Photography may occasionally be prohibited in certain temporary exhibitions if so indicated. The use of tripods is not allowed.

OPENING HOURS & ADMISSION
Ticket sales end 30 minutes before the Museum closes.
Visitors will be requested to begin exiting the permanent and temporary exhibition galleries 15 minutes prior to closing time, after which entry to the rooms will no longer be permitted. All visitors must leave the building by closing time.
Museum Management reserves the right to modify these hours on an exceptional basis for special events.
OTHER PROVISIONS
Visitors must comply with all instructions given by visitor services personnel, security staff, and duly accredited Museum personnel.
